Green Affairs Wants Your Enthusiasm and Ideas!

MCV Green Affairs focuses on making MCV campus at VCU and the Richmond community greener through service and education. This student-led organization welcome students, faculty, and staff, from all schools and disciplines, both medical and academic from either campus, as well as Richmond community members to help us pursue our goals of educational outreach, increased recycling access, improved sustainable practices and policies at VCU, and community outreach. Union Hill Flower Bulb Planting

Join us and the local residents and kids in planting flower bulbs in Union Hill.

When: Monday, June 13th, 5-7pm
Where: Meet at corner of O St. & 20th St.
Bring: Study shoes, gloves, a small shovel (trowel) & a large shovel or hoe if you have them. We will have a limited number of extra garden tools to share.

Free snacks & water provided. If you have any extra plants you aren't using that are drought tolerant & low maintenance, feel free to bring them to plant! This is a family friendly event - feel free to bring your kids to help beautify RVA!
